Software built around your process, client management included

Enquire about this service →

The problem: Processes that do not fit off-the-shelf software, and so stay slow, error-prone and invisible.

As soon as a company grows, things start to tangle. Spreadsheets, mailboxes, separate tools and a lot of copying and pasting. Everyone knows it could be better, but nobody has time to work out how.

Off-the-shelf software rarely solves that, because you have to bend your process to the program. So first I map out your process, decide who may see what, and only then build something your team will actually use.

In phases, so you have something in your hands after a few weeks instead of after six months. And so you can steer while it is being built.

What you get out of it

Everything in one place Clients, follow-up, documents and reporting in one environment, with permissions per person.
Less manual work Recurring tasks and notifications run automatically. That saves hours a week, and less goes wrong.
Delivered in phases We start with the part that pays off most. You see each phase working before we build on.

How it works

  1. 1 Mapping the process before a single line of code
  2. 2 Designing the data and the permissions per role
  3. 3 Building in phases, with an admin area for you
  4. 4 Connecting to what you already use
  5. 5 Testing with the people who will actually use it
  6. 6 Training, documentation and a plan for what comes next

Who this is for

  • Companies getting stuck in separate tools and spreadsheets
  • Sales and service teams who want leads and follow-up in one place
  • Founders who want to test a working prototype first

Questions about this

I am not sure yet what I need. Is that all right?

That is the rule rather than the exception. We start with a conversation about the process and the bottlenecks. Out of that comes a phased plan with a budget per phase, so you never decide in the dark.

Can I test something small first?

Yes. A clickable prototype with real data is a good starting point. That way you know whether the idea works before you invest heavily.

What if I want to expand later?

That is built in. You get a structure and documentation to build on, by me or by your own developer.

What about security and data?

Permissions are set per role, data sits on European servers and there are backups. Who may see what, we decide together at the start.
