Fluvix
One site that both sells a charging point and gets someone on the line at half one in the morning.
The question
Fluvix is a certified electrician in and around Lokeren, approved under AREI, the Belgian electrical code. The range is broad: electrical work and renovation, charging points, home automation, inspections and schematics, and emergency call-outs 24/7.
Those are two completely different visitors. One is calmly planning a renovation and comparing. The other is sitting in the dark and wants one thing: a number.
On top of that the certification had to be visible straight away. In this trade it is the first thing people look for.
What I did
A separate page per service, and a contact page that leads to a free quote. At the top, immediately what Fluvix is certified for, with the phone number fixed in the header and its own way in for emergency breakdowns.
Deep red, yellow and ink as the colours. That suits electricity and safety without turning into a warning sign.
Beyond that: real Google reviews with names attached, figures you can check (AREI compliant, registered with the Belgian business register, sixty-minute call-out time, five out of five on Google), photos of actual work on site, and per service its own copy using the search terms people in Lokeren genuinely type.
What it delivered
Everyone is one click from where they need to be: requesting a quote or calling directly.
Every service has its own page and explanation. The certification and the round-the-clock availability are central everywhere, and the positioning around Lokeren runs through the whole site.
